The different Yogas that I offer you

hatha yoga

Hatha Yoga

There are different types of Yoga, Hatha Yoga emphasizes mastery of the body, breath and mind to find harmony within oneself and with one's environment.

It is also about harmonizing, balancing and uniting within us the active (ha, the Sun) and receptive (tha, the Moon) poles.

Hatha Yoga offers a concrete and progressive method with effective practices, applicable in the daily life of our modern world.

The practice of Hatha Yoga is an experience above all, it does not require any adherence to dogmas, beliefs or religions.

Yoga nidra

Yoga-Nidrā is an ancestral discipline associated with Hatha-Yoga in the great Shaivite tradition of northern India. Its practices allow one to enter states of deep relaxation; however, Yoga-Nidrā remains above all a path of knowledge, integration and realization.
We spend between a quarter and a third of our lives sleeping, which is why yogis believe that it is important to work on sleep so that it does not become an unconscious black hole.
Hatha-Yoga techniques are adapted to the waking state, those of Yoga-Nidrā concern sleep, dreaming as well as the intermediate states between waking and sleeping.
It is a deep immersion in the secret framework that connects us to the Universe.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa requires a more advanced knowledge of yoga than Hatha, in the sense that it is more physically demanding, through the postures. The postures are performed in a fluid sequence and in an almost choreographed movement, punctuated by an inspiring playlist. The Sanskrit term "vinyasa" also means "synchronization of movement with breathing", "nyasa" translates to "place" and "vi": "in a specific way". This is the heart of this discipline which invites us to reconnect with the essential: our inspiration and our expiration which are the engine of everything. Vinyasa yoga is a freer variation of ashtanga yoga.

Vinyasa allows you to release all tensions, to calm down, and promotes states of meditation through synchronization between movements and breathing. This flow also facilitates the circulation of energies by opening their mediating channels.

Gentle yoga

Gentle yoga is similar to Yin Yoga, a variation of yoga that focuses on modified poses to relieve pain and improve range of motion. If you're new to yoga or have been feeling out of shape lately, use a gentle yoga sequence to get back into shape.

Gentle yoga follows the very first rule of Pantajanli yoga, Ahimsa, it is the rule of kindness, of non-violence. Non-violence begins with oneself, on a physical, emotional, mental and intellectual level (being open to what surrounds us, leaving our prejudices). This non-violence applies to everything around us, the earth, nature, other living beings). In Yoga classes this means respecting everyone's body, learning to discover it, to maintain it, to make it evolve gently. This will involve learning yogic breathing, discovering simple postures that free the body from tension.
